John personally selects only the finest used Porsches, has them thoroughly serviced up and 50 point certified by an independent service center. Our cars are also certified by Carfax and Auto Check, and we keep all reports on file. We are able to assure quality because we own all of our vehicles. How long have you been in business?
John started Automotive Investment Counseling, now AIC AUTO SALES INC., in 1988. Specializing in finer examples of the Porsche and Ferrari marque.
What is your primary product or service?
Provider of fine classic Porsches!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
John worked at the local Porsche dealer, in the late 70's thru mid 80's, as a Certified Porsche Sales Representative.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
John personally selects each car, then oversees it's mechanical and cosmetic restoration, if necessary, before offering each for sale. Some of our classic Porsches have even spent blessed days in climate controlled collections, and didn't even require a wash!
Either way, they are all mechanically certified and inspected by the local Porsche "guru", Fred Heistand Automotive.
In a world full of "enthusiastic" Licensed Car Dealers, it's nice to find a true Porsche Enthusiast..... that has a Dealers License! ;-)
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
John expanded his 10 car indoor showroom in 2000, and now has room for 4 more!

We have customers from all over the United States, Canada, South America, and most every European Country.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
John Witmer, handles every aspect of the business.
What are your hours of operation?
It's best to call ahead to coordinate a time, as some of our cars are in deep storage, and require a little time to present. Also, John will be attending to your needs personally, so call ahead, to make sure he's not helping someone else.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We hear it often, especially from our most distant customers: "The car was exactly as described, and everything I expected"
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
John and his wife Miriam founded Celebration for Life ( http://www.C4Life.org ), in 2000, to raise money for cancer education, support and research. The C4Life motto: "Have fun doing it!", best sums up John's enthusiasm for classic Porsches, or Philanthropy.
