That Fish Place - That Pe tPlace offers a huge selection of aquarium, pond & pet supplies & animals. We're known for gigantic fish room, our stingray touchtank, and the area's largest selection of premium dog and cat food varieties. We also offer a reptile room, small pet area, bird aviary, and pet grooming through That Groom Room located in the store.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our core values require that we bring in employees who are enthusiastic about animals an pets - and all of them are! That's where we all came from. Having the ability to offer products and supplies we use ourselves, at great prices, to other animal lovers and their amazing animals is just icing on the cake.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Size, selection and service! Most people have never been a pet store as large as that Fish Place - That Pet Place. Along those lines, our touch tank, huge fish room, reptile room, and aviary are items you won't find in other area stores. Of course along with this experience, we have more merchandise than the average store as well. We offer the area's largest selection of pet food, as well as advanced aquarium supplies, and they're all handled by people who love animals as well as the aquarium hobby to help provide the best customer experience possible.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently only have one location, though we do ecommerce sales through this location to the lower 48 states. It has always been our dream to expand.
