The focus of our business is Training on Application Software which includes the Windows Operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, FrontPage, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher, Visio, and Word), Adobe InDesign, ACT!, QuickBooks, E-Bay, and Word Perfect. How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Edie, our founder, worked at a large local defense contractor and was the go to person when people needed help. She was promoted and took over the PC training responsibilies for this 1400 person enterprise. In addition, she did some training for the VoTech and HACC. She was the preferred Instructor wherever she taught and eventually decided to make it her personal mission to provide the best possible Computer training for a reasonable price.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are different in that we do not cancel classes due to low enrollment. We do not use Contract Instructors. We develop our own Courseware materials which are written in layman's terms and include step by step instructions along with a multitude of screen captures so that the student can see what their screen should look like. We provide post class telephone support and a full one year no-charge retake policy if needed.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location and have no short term plans to expand. We believe in developing personal relationships with our students and feel that being a multi location business would detract from that relationship.

We are located on PA 72 (Manheim Pike) about 1 mile north of Route 30 (Lancaster, PA) on the southern end of East Petersburg, PA. Going North we are located on the right side of the road and are located directly accross the street from Lancaster Nissan and just before Stadel Volvo (car dealerships).

We accept Cash, Checks, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
Which areas do you service?
We service Lancaster County, Reading, Hershey, Harrisburg, and York communities. We have also provided training in Philadelphia, Virginia, and even Mexico.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Edie Margolis is our owner and President.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays. We are flexible and if off site or off hours training is required, we can generally accomodate.
